Escort_Kid Posted March 29, 2009 Author Share Posted March 29, 2009 Update: Wheel refurb, wiper delay and boot lock strip Well got my ass in gear and sorted out a few jobs ive ignored for quite awhile. So started off by putting a nice fresh layer of paint onto my mondeo wheels so there mint for summer Then I moved onto fitting my laguna glasses holder and also my rear wiper delay, so I dont have an annoying constant rear wiper anymore Then I decided id dig out the smooth bootstrip I bought off sammy ages ago and give it a lick of paint too to replace my horrid plain plastic one. I finally got round to working on it again today, it actually needed more work from last time I worked on it then I thought but I set about it today and decided to smooth over the towing eye too whilst I was at it to make it all look completely smooth Its all done now though apart from the painting Just needs maybe one more coat of primer then flatting back and then paint and lacquer, so im aiming to get it done and fitted in the next week or two with some luck.
