EscortNreg
Wellnot actually my baby boy... But my baby car did Im absolutly gutted!! quick just of how it happened... 4 lanes leading onto a roundabout, she was in the far left lane (clearly signposted and road painted for LEFT only) i was in the second to left lane sighposted left and straight over... The reason there are 2 lanes going left is cause the left is a 2 lane road... I have indicated to go left as the lane does go in two directions... She has come out of the LEFT ONLY lane and decided she wants to go straight over instead so BAM... she hit my rear left door/arch/wheel/rear bumper with the right hand sideof her front bumper... Then she has the cheek to say i cut across her and its my fault!!!! well really i sposei did cut accross her.. CAUSE SHE WASIN THE WRONG BLOODY LANE!!!! She is refusing to accept liability and the bloke at the body shop reckons its probably a writeoff as i ill need a whole new rear wing as she has split it inside and a repaer on the door.... Her husband caledmeearlyer to seeifi wanted to sort this outsideof the insurance but when i toldhim the damage he changed his mind... Is that him in a way saying she is liable? Any way heresa pic.... http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n36/madbidz/utf-8BSU1HMDAwNzAtMjAwOTA0MDctMTIwM.jpg

RyanML
thats a shame, if i was in that situation with my car, id tell her to leave it and get it done myself, rather than write my car off, £300 worth of damage innit.

BUT... if it does get written off for cosmetic reasons then i can keep it... get the money for the value of the car.... then get it repaired.... Just a shitter its happened...
