shawdreamer Posted May 18, 2009 Share Posted May 18, 2009 I use Ulead Photoimpact 5.1, a relatively old programme but as far as I can note barring a handful of "neat trick" tools its as good as photoshop and can be found completely free online, my copy came free with a pc mag two years ago and Ive only updated the tools for free a couple of times Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
