stuy180
Good afternoon guys, I recently bought some Puma alloys for the van, I have taken the standard rim off and put the Puma one on but the holes are bigger on the alloys and the hub doesn't come all the way through the wheel like it did on the steel wheel. Do I need to purchase some different nuts, IE Nuts to fit alloy wheels. Would they bigger in size to hold the alloys on properly? I have done a search but can't find what I'm looking for. Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks for your time Stuart

stuy180
No!! Don't go to that much effort! I'm only 5 minutes away from a place that does them, I have just put a wheel on and lowered the jack and there seems to be plenty of room. I will go get the Nuts now and see how I go. If not another quick trip to get some spacers. Lol. Cheers guys!

dutchkev
IF you do need spacers for the puma alloys, then you WILL need longer studs for the wheels aswell
hicksy
You most certianly need alloy wheel nuts, i know somebody that used steel wheel nuts and this happened:http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/tomhicks1/DSC00118.jpg Edited June 9, 2009 by hicksy

stuy180
Wheels are finally on the van guys!! I ended up putting 6mm spacers on the front, don't think they needed to be that much but thats all they had so settled for them.
