stoo2000
View > Style > make sure 'default' is selected - although I think that is a per site setting not a blanket setting.

smithyandco
Other than Stoo's suggestion which is a per site rule rather than every site rule.... Click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced(tab)>Makes sure "Show Images" is checked under multimedia - although it should be if it's showing the EVO logo
Gadge
looks like some kind of accessibility option to me. Try going into the tools > Internet Options > Advanced - Select "Restore Advanced settings" and then under that option click the "reset" option i'd also click tick the box and click ok which will reset your home page and delete a few things such as histoy etc.. then click ok. It should work fine now since the browser is back to default config.
