Whats all these Microsoft.Net Framework programs??? Where else can i look for stuff to delete?? The .NET framework is basically what it says. It is a framework that a lot of other programs and applications use that are created for the Windows platform. Get yourself a second hard drive - or an external drive you can plug in via usb. Transfer things like pictures & videos to it that you dont really need and remove them from your day to day drive.
slayer666
delete all your unwanted items by doing disc clean up eg: cookies, temp folders and history. Then defrag it, pics and stuff like that put them onto photo shop and then put them onto disc as back up and remove all programs u dont use. Then itll be best if u get an external HDD for your music which and other folders eg: documents and downloads. which will clear alot of space up on the original hdd or if its a tower your using just buy an extra standard hdd which is slightly cheaper

Lee_2f2f
Like everyone has said Ross, I would say the same as thats what I do. My laptop's HDD is 80GB, I use that for Windows, and installations; I then have a 500GB Network External HDD, which has all my Music, Photo's, Video's & Program's on; Having the drive Networked is a massive help as my Laptop, PC & PS3 can all access at the same time without having to lug the HDD from room to room. Take a look on www.pcworld.co.uk as some of the network drives seem Kinda' cheap at the moment. Also, by not having all that Gunk on the same HDD as your operating system, IIRC it should run a bit smoother, could be wrong though.
