They are responsible for the upkeep, Be sure to inform them how perfect your alloys were and there full value, There compay insurance covers this kind of thing, They will usually get abit arsey but threaten legal action and they WILL always come through, I got a set of alloys and a further pair of tyres from our local B&Q for a damaged kerb in there car park, Twice within one month i was cut up on a corner n crunched my tires / wheels on the same kerb. There ass-holes n should fix there car parks up, id let em pay then go hit it again if they havnt fixed it get new suspension etc on both sides lol. GHanson2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Asda cant write it off lol you dont go via your insurance, they WILL settle out of court if there convinced your willing to go all the way, but DO get a picture of the damaged kerbs, ensure they know you have proof it happened there and what damage was done.
