need day insurance on my rat car for the fast show. having a problem at the moment with some of them saying the car is too old.

 

also one has said the value has got to be 1,500 pound lol

 

anyone reccomend any?

i used day insure on the e30 cost the mrs 20.99 for 24hours,

I have tried those, they said my car was too old.

 

actually dayu insure said the car had to be over 1,500, which it isnt.

 

what happens if i tell them it 1,500?

 

actually dayinsure says ''Your vehicle has been identified as over 10 years old and unfortunately we can not insure a vehicle of this age''

that strange have you tried ringing them they may do it over the phone but not online

can my gf put it on her insurance, but car being in my name, and i be able to drive it?

 

i can drive any car with owners permission.

I think you need to insure it mate as its your name, you can drive any car with fully comp insurance on another car aslong as the car your borrowing has an insurance policy on it, you carn't drive it off fully comp if its in your name,

Driving any other car with permission as long as it is insured means he will be TPO not comp.

but is that the case on day insurance, i bet there is a clause meaning its not.
