You never would of seen that PC coming to your door at £100 lol.

As for your neighbours, the ones I pulled up near looked like they would see cars in multicolours looking like they were topped up on glue. :pancake:

I thought I had took a wrong turn & ended back in Huyton lol.

atleast 90% of my neighbours are from way outside the area and have no connection to Liverpool at all.

If it was my old stompin grounds they could have still been my neighbours...... but they likely wouldn't have spoken in public for fear of a lynchin.

strange how I don't look fondly on those days in it?

I never said they did lol, but when I pulled up round the corner there were some very unsavoury characters all crammed in an old escort on bricks, Jeremy Kyle would of had a field day trust me.

Back to huyton I honestly can't say I ever had much bother round their (I never lived their but spent time their due to family).

aye it was years back, they were shuttering up the empty houses and not bringing in new tennants cos it was all due regeneration like Tocky has had done recently.

awwww Kenny........ the new school there was my first ever job as the firm boss running the mech engineers on site, I watched a group of 12-14yr old kids jump a bloke walking his dog before belting him round the head with half a house brick, lovely neighbourhood.

Erm Etrebus(op)

sorry we highjacked your thread to go on a nostalgic jaunt.....our bad.

Only decent you'll get for the 3ton mark will likely be refurbed or private built secondhand imo.

Could be worth keeping an eye out in the supermarket offers, Asda & Aldi (yes Aldi get some great electrical gear).

Maybe a laptop (does it need to be a desktop)?

As mentioned Aria do some nice base systems at bargain prices.

How about this?

http://www.aria.co.uk/Systems/Home+and+Off...productId=46304

Just shy of £290 inc Delivery?

Or this?

http://www.aria.co.uk/Systems/Home+and+Off...productId=46854

Or even this at £249.90 inc next day delivery?
