Naylor2006
Might be a hard question to ask as the rims are rare and might not have been tried but I really want some RS7's, they look so nice. In the 16" version will they fit over my current brake setup?
Stu
Unlikely. I don't think they even fit over the 17" RS7's. The RS7 wheel isn't a particularly good design for brakes.

Thanks for the response FK! Wondering now if to fit cossie callipers with a smaller disc, but then i'd have to powdercoat another two callipers......or just change me alloy choice, I want something that isnt going to stretch my tyres and have such an awful tracking tollerance at the back. Someone mentioned I could have my rims machined so they sit deaper in the arch and therefore I could fit the tyre thats designed for them, however then the calliper might foul the spokes, its damn close now. Naylor2006
PhilBotley had 330mm hi-specs behind his softlines. What size softlines though? Is the MK3 calliper smaller, cause they are pretty big but ive seen hi-specs at the show last weekend and yes thats a huge setup.

Naylor2006
I'd ideally want a 16" wheel though, I know about the mondeo ones, far more common and my other option, just had a thought today about the softlines cause they are so nice. No, but they do exist and if they do fit ill start the hunt, be a bit stupid of me to finally find some, pay rare money for them (hopefully my cossies are worth something) then find out they dont fit.
