DaweV6
Seems like 'Buy it now' is the only thing worth getting involved with. Fk ebay I list all my stuff as a "buy now or offer" these days. Auctions are just too much hassle and somebody always ends up unhappy. And I'm feckin stupid for paying fees as well. After having a £150 ebay bill this month I think I'll start pressuring my buyers to cancel/buy outside as everybody else seems to be doing it. How much are the fees, must have sold alot right? Not much, just high value stuff. Especially when you are listing in business categories those fees are piling high. People don't realize that selling let's say business equipment with 15k reserve will cost more than £350 to sell in the end. And I've spent £30 re-listing what some douchebag "accidentally bought in his pocket, but had no interest in really". Took him 3 days to click on cancellation and it never even cross his mind to apologize.
Naylor2006
Ahh I see mate. Looks like I'm trading in cossies now for brand new mondeo's in colour of my choice with 4 new tyres too, plus a bit of money from me. I'll keep my eye out for some rs7's over the months as a treat maybe.

SLEEMAN
Matey cossies are worth big money constantly as not only escort guys look for them its mostly fiesta's and sierra owners would have them too. Mondys are just a cheap version trust me matey you will miss them. I had 17 inch rs7 diamond cuts I loved them but I knew they just weren't suitable for the scort so they went on to a cossie owner. Got a lot for them mind about £650 without tyres lol! But after a couple of changes i have scored a set of team dynamic pro race 1.2's for cheap!! I've seen a horrendous set go for £250. Put up hi-res pics of yours, I can't imagine them being worth less than £350-£400. And keep loking for Compos MO5/6's, white OZ's Superleggeras or Speedline Corse. I had all of them on escorts in the past and especially with a set of multispoke Speedlines I've had so many compliments about the whole car, it surpassed all the expectations. Wheels make the car. I'm a great fan of OEM+ look, but sometimes you have to go aftermarket for set of shoes. No pretentious rubbish mind you.

DaweV6
Might google compomotives, I dont know alot about rims to be honest. EDIT: These are very nice http://www.part-box.com/images/MO5-%208x16.jpg I want those compomotives on my car, but can never find a set at a decent price.... Proof that once in a while you can get compos for a decent price. If the location is "right" and with a small damage, but still it shouldn't be more than £220 delivered and repaired. Naylor2006
Bit worry about getting involved in ebay bids now seeing as auction can be ended any time. Looks like a nasty bit of damage to one of the rims too.
