SLEEMAN
I know you have cut them back but what about rolled or flared arches? And maybe raise the suspension a bit lol! I know it has been done before that conversion with escos wheels he managed and he had rolled arches, other wise it may be wider arches! GingeRS2K
Swap them for Mondeo ones (7J ET35) no rubbing and looks spot on.
SLEEMAN
i've seen on passionford that the offset can be changed to suit, just needs to go on a lathe to reduce increase the offset

SLEEMAN
yeah indeed but you can't shave too much off they are standard et25 and in order to achieve escort offset you will need to shave off about 15mm at least and thats alot of metal! so i would only shave off so much to the point where its safe either that or try and do the same technique to the hub or beam

SLEEMAN
I've seen 195/45/16 on cossies and its not that much of a stretch. Just enough but the lip of the wheel does stick out so avoiding kerbs are a must!
