Wez
hey guys, i need more power. I currently run a gti with a K&N Induction Kit with a twin pipe. I have to be careful about reliability as I do 20,000 a year minimum, probably more like 25,000. I hear NOS is the best power for cost, as a turbo is ££££´s. Is there anything that will give me a significant boost before I start looking at NOS and TURBO´S???

simonh1
Head work will give noticeable increases, as will throttle bodies, but the most cost affective way is NOS.........
Lee R
noticeable, but not significant Simon!!!! Throttle bodies are good, but only work at there best with head work, and you´re talking ££££££££££££

Stormin_1.6_auto_WRC
You should wait and buy something quicker. Even a lightly modified engine will not like loads of miles. Do what ive done, buy a 2nd car and make that b*stard fast

freak power
That was the true reading, it was set up on the rolling road and mapped, I don´t have the power chat as i gave it to the owner when it was done.
