HOWEVER if there are any delays for what ever reason we try our hardest to keep every customer updated so they know the exact reasons for there delay. We have realized that customers are more understanding as long as they know the reasons why there are delays or problems. Customers that are left i the dark by companies and are not contacted with mistakes happen are those who feel like they are being done over and are not being looked after. This happened to me so many times over the 4 years i have been modifying cars, its the reason i set up this company to help people get some good customer service.
