Sorry for encroaching on your stand space by parking the cossie at the entrance, Fordsport weren't allocated enough space and told us to put it there! Ended up taking the gti owners space as they didn't turn up. Think only spoke to Si, think met Matt briefly (sure recognised his girlfriend) whilst speaking to Andyst200 (formerly Sparki) J wasn't actually calling you persoanlly a plonker (or Evo come to think of it!), you just happened to walk over in the middle of a discussion! lol Great day, great weather, cars and show! SimonW8 Posted May 17, 2005 Share Posted May 17, 2005 Was my first FITP, can't believe how many cars were there! Not sure about other escort clubs that were there, but the evo was well organised. We stopped off at Tesco's first of all getting there at 6.30am, Fiesta club XSOC (i think) were organising all the fiesta's to leave in colour of car. Kept getting funny looks probably thinking what the hell are we doing there? was just a sea of blue. silver and black. Still have really burnt arms, face, and neck. Thanks to Chute for letting us convoy ith him to the last meet point Was nice to meet Bluliz (Rob). I was unsure about bringing Lauren but im glad i did, she really enjoyed it, luckily she slept all the way home, really wish i could have. I hope Rachy manages to get her bumper sorted, what a downer that was. Bling wasnt as big as i thought he was going to be, lol, i had visions of him looking like the incredible hulk, roflmao!! Thanks to Chris Si for directing us back on to the M1, traffic was a nightmare, plenty of lane hopping having to be done. Nice to meet a few more faces. Was a great turn out. As most have already pointed out, the weather was definately on our side and im glad im not the only one that got burnt. Aaron did you go skinny dipping??? any pics?? pmsl!! Visions PMSL @ Webhoy, when he popped over to say hello whilst we were stuck in queue to get in the park, to say you looked slightly hungover would be an understatement matey. No worry about the lift back Ralph we was going that way home so i didn't matter.Nice to see the usual people aswell and some ne faces. Thanks to Lee for the comments about my Girlfriend and also to Matt for organising it. Remember the T*at who got in our way when we was driveing into the park .
