smudge559 Posted August 23, 2007 Share Posted August 23, 2007 was getting dropped off for work last nite at the harvester at maidstone been sat there for about 5 mins when a group of 4 over 60s got into a car just oposite ours i thought nothing of it at first n watched him starting to reverse he came out on a funny angle and had to shunt forward again he then tryed reversing again straight into our front bumper didnt even bother to find out anything and started to drive off i jumped out of car and knocked on his window and said hed just hit our car and one of his passengers said sorry and they drove off with me throwing obsenities in there general directionbearing in mind everything was perfect and all lined up!!!! It's going to be a tricky one to sort out insurance wise, car parks are classed as private roads and without witnesses on your side it going to be hard to claim.
