Danzetec
Thanks for the comments guys Well the engine bay is now bare! I've got a megasquirt ECU on order and I fitted a helix paddle clutch in to stop the slip http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb87/Danzetec/DSC02961.jpg Thought I'd repost the pics of my interior, as some may not of seen it. Will be good to get my gauges to soon actually work lol http://www.evo-host.co.uk/uploader/uploads/Esc4.JPG The interior is a half leather retrim using RS turbo recaros and custom ghia rear seat. http://www.evo-host.co.uk/uploader/uploads/Esc5.JPG Its got a mondeo centre console and the electric window switch has made way for the front tweeters http://www.evo-host.co.uk/uploader/uploads/Esc6.JPG
Trig
ooooh, how much did the paddle plate cost? Did you get only the plate or an uprated cover too?
dutchkev
any chance of a closer/more pics of the mondeo center console??
Danzetec
I just got the plate Trig, I bought a new sachs clutch kit not so long ago so the pressure plate and thrust bearing are good, it was about £170 iirc If anyones not sure why you have these: Force = PressureArea The pressure plate applies the force and the clutch face is the area. So by reducing the clutch face area, it increases the pressure You can of course increase the force with an uprated pressure plate but that will make the clutch pedal heavier There are some close-up photos here kev

Danzetec
What are you going to do about valvetrain? I was going with standard cams, do you think I should use something else? I could upgrade at a later point? Mate still looking good , have u got n e more pics of the centre console with the windows switch's . i take it u sorted them hehehe What BHP are u expecting to get ? Oh no Rob you've caught me out, the window switches still aren't sorted out lol! I am lazy but then again the car has no engine atm so I got more pressing things! I'm be hoping to be around 200bhp (hopefully above), so not too much but quite usable power
Stu
The cams are fine (if anything, too hot), but the valve springs are too soft - you'll need to change those or you won't be getting near your 200bhp figure.
