Danzetec
Wish I had more to update really... Since last posting I have been making up the aluminium boost pipes and have taken the dash out to sort wiring of megasquirt, alarm and gauges. I'm using a donor engine loom to solder on a MS-type plug, lots of reference to the haynes wiring diagram but after its all connected, the surplus wires (diagnostic ports, MAF etc) can then be stripped back out from the loom. I'm glad my brothers an electronics engineer cos his soldering is so much neater than anything I do! Trying to get hold of Phil at extraefi atm for a length of screened wire for the crank sensor then we can finish off the engine loom and re-fit Recently been slightly side-tracked because a mate lent me his newly acquired lower strut brace and said I could use it to make myself a replica. So I have nearly finished that, bar a trail fit to double check it fits fine. Also if anyones interested in buying one please show your interest here as I may manufacture some more I'll post some pics up of that and progress asap

Danzetec
Got a couple of pics as it looks at the mo, brushed spark plug covers on, started boost pipes, still on wiring atm http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb87/Danzetec/zetecturbo1.jpg Modified an old MAF to make a airbox to pipe adapter, will weld this up when I've got everything together (without elastic bands) http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb87/Danzetec/zetecturbo2.jpg I'm thinking of black/dark grey boost pipes as I'm not in to chrome and would like it to look sort of OE
