TommyT Posted August 3, 2008 Share Posted August 3, 2008 After seeing alot of the cars today, I have to give Mark a massive ammount of credit where it is due for his efforts in bodywork. Didn't get to meet you but the car looks amazing and as if it came out the factory like that. Also convoyed up with tezmanian devil and he has one of those cars that you just want to own for yourself, really looks the part. Hopefully Sammy will fix his car and it will be back on the road as it would be a shame to see one of the nicest cars on here go. Oh and as usual, Naths saloon was well looked after all day. I made an effort to take at least one picture of every car on the stand so as soon as I get the pics from my mates camera, i'll be posting them up. Met up with Mark at 5am then set off over woodhead to the M1 where we met Dave, then onto pick Kylie up where i may have made a few wrong turns along the way but lets not go in to them .....Then got to J23 to meet Stoney and Mykez who was having Carlsberg for breakfast.... Gutted to see Sammys crash .....Weather held up well all day though imo. There was abit of rain when we first got there but that made excellent viewing of the track for me and MarkyMark, nearly everycar spun on track lol.... I didnt really take many pics as i couldnt be arsed lol but will post what i did take soon..... It was good to chat to the people i did I had a safe journey home thanks to my Human sat nav Kylie lol, who also took over some of the driving.........From the passenger seat Thank you.
