Getting Very Annoyed at Prices!!

been looking through moneysupermarket.com and confused.com and cant get insurance cheaper than 1600 a year tpf&t

now working 16 hrs a week at the min i cant afford that anyone know of any good cheap insurance people, or any ways to lower the cost? i have no no claims always been named driver as never actually owned a car until my escort been driving 2 years in feb

Try the same company that were insuring you as a named driver. Tesco have always given good prices although they are a little slack for customer service and what not. Certain companies will recognise your number of years as a named driver but you wont get the same discount as having a proper no claims bonus.

I'd agree with the comments made about tesco, i paid £1200 3 years ago for my 1.3 escort, insurance has shot up!
