digiworx Posted September 19, 2009 Share Posted September 19, 2009 Most companies nowadays offer 8mb as standard, if its allowed in your area.if you do any serious downloading, i'd recommend getting the fastest you can in your area. I'm on the BTHomeHub yeah, (i find the wireless is pants tho)There's not really any settings you can change etc, that make a HUGE difference. Mk6 Si Ross Posted September 19, 2009 Author Share Posted September 19, 2009 they'll all sell you 'upto' 8mb packages but i know i've never got anywhere close and am unlikely to with where i am and the line etc. Bt will now offer upto 20mb, presume you have to live next door to the phone exchange and no further to ever achieve that!
