well here is my first car a mk1 escort 1300xl

the car has been in a body shop for the past 9 months where i have had problems with the person who was supposed to be painting it as he lied about it being painted and left it sat un touched for around 7 months

anyway 2 weeks ago i got the car out before i lost it completel as i can deal with losing money but not the car and it has gone to someone who is mk1 escort mad

the fella painting the car now has several mk1 and mk2 escorts and my car will be an advert for his business with my local club the Manchester Classic Ford Club

well enough waffeling here are the up to date picks

here is the car when it was first moved from the first so called body shop

now in her new home while she is getting the loving attention she deserves

the whole car was buzzed down again and had a coat of kurust sprayed allover

and now in a coat of acid etch primer to keep the rust at bay and to have the repairs carried out on it

i'll be the one in the black mk6 si and my names Chris, everyone is friendly enough if you like your old metal too

the zetec conversion has two engine mounts near the bottom of the block either side onto the front cross member and they are not vissable in the pic due to the carbs and exhaust fannymould
