bronze4door Posted December 9, 2012 Author Share Posted December 9, 2012 The film work varies for spike island it was £100 per day and for the northern soul it was only £75 a day but you get fed and watered and i met some top people on the sets and had a good laugh but it can get cold when your stood around doing not alot. For the northern soul film they wanted my car to be the main car of the movie where in the film itwas goint to be stolen and in a car chase where they were going to find another car the same as mine to smash up, unfortunatly they couldn't find another mk1 4 door within budget so they bought a vauxhall victor and my car was only used in the back ground. at the moment she is layed up at my dads work indoors under a cover to keep it off the salty roads and as for whats next i am unsure, it still needs a headlining putting in it and then maybe get the few rust bubbles that are coming back through sorted out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I recon your onto a good thing with it being used in TV and Film, get it registerd EVERYWHERE, the extra coin will help with therunning costs or extra work you want to do to it, love the engine, was the +90 worth it ?
