bronze4door
Looking good, saw a white mk1 fiesta for sale on autotrader just recently for just under 1k, that was sporting a sun visor with the old skool url on. Anyboy you know??How did the meet go?? was going to come but ended up going to look at an RS2K instead i dont think i know that car but i may go and try and find the advert if its still about, the meet had a good turnout considereing the weather was rubbish and one of the members has a red mk6 RS2000 as for the running gear its gong to have a 1660 cross-flow engine and its got a kent fast road cam with a bit of home brewed headwork and once its run in i am hoping to fit a set of twin 40's, i have got an ashley straight through exhaust witha 1600 sport gearbox with quick shift. suspension wise it will have mk3 capri front suspension with 200lb 2 inche lowering springs with Gaz adjustabe damper inserts, for the rear it will have 2 inche lowering blocks with Gaz adjustable dampers and a set of anti-tramp bars to keep the axle in place and make drifting more controllable and the last bit are the wheels going to get a set of 7x13 minilights and get the centres painted the same colour as the car

bronze4door
i want to zetec it but at at the minute being a poor student i dont have the funds for the throttle bodies and engine management, then there is the cost of the conversion parts too. so at the minute its just going to get a the crossflow slotted in to get it out and about again

bronze4door
the zetec probably would be better but i have the crossflow and its been bored out plus 60 and has a fast road cam as for the uni i am at the University of Central Lancashire and thats why i have a mk6 escort to drive there and back

MarkyMark
Any updates on this?? What colour are you going, im guessing a bronze colour considering your name. Have you considered tawny brown?? Saw a mk1 the other day for sale in this coulour and what a stunning colour for a mk1, a proper 70's colour
