car looks great as always, and morettes and cossies do look good, but the 17s seemed to fill the archs better imo, cossies look slightly lost but do look good. are you colour coding the morettes if not the grill in black would be good.

Yea I agree but the 17s were too big and the 15s were too small. The cossies are a lovely fit. A happy medium :)

I'm undecided whether to colour code morrettes or paint grill black. I'm more in favour of the black grill I think

 looking wow, rolled arches and coilovers to get it down, then i think it'll be one of the best on here imho. :thumb:

and paint that grill black :pancake:

Cheers mate :)

And Rob you gotta love the stretch ;)

Arches rolled last night - very happy with outcome. No paint cracking or bending of arches, just nicely tucked away :)

We could have spent longer doing it and flared them right out like on my mates drift car but decided to keep it safe and simple. Ive got some pics that ill get up later in my break but its hard to see the difference IMO, but interesting to see the tool and how to works (i thought it was interesting away haha)

The tool...

Let the rollin' begin..

Half way through...

Don't worry - didnt forget to heat paint up (stopped any cracking and gave metal a nice bit of flex, without warping or bending it)

Done - hard to see the real effect from these couple of pictures but its made the arch lovely and smooth, and tucked up the rough edge inside.

I can now drive along without cringing or slowing right down for little bumps and lumps in the road, and makes me like my Cossie rims even more (my tyres are happy now too haha)

Now thinking of new coilovers in the future (next year, not any time time soon - the Koni's still fine). Also looking at a private plate (H13 TKO or R55 TKO) and maybe relocating the front number plate.

Oh, nearly forgot, got these little babies from Jay on here (chrome caps). Cheers for that bro! Now waiting for a chrome induction pipe from Gingerdave, and a chrome bulkhead cover from badasscossie.

As always, comments welcome (good or bad) :thumb:

Who did the arches mate? As my girlfriend's need doing on her cabby!

Looks well, like the new wheels. The grill needs to go black I think!

My brothers best mate did it. He works down the same road as me. Real good fella, and top mechanic. He ain't no bodger.

Cheers mate, love the wheels. Turns more heads now ive noticed :)

Grill - can't decide what to do. May colour code morrettes and wing mirrors and leave all green, or when ive got the money send the lights, grill and mirrors off to get 'dipped' in a funky design (similar colour to wheels), or paint grill black and put the black bonnet back on (with or without vents as still not got round to doing that lol).

Thats my 3 options i think i have :))

Looks good as always!.

Don't forget to seal those arches with something though or you're going to get rubbish trapped in there... and then... rust.

Yea, was going to do it yesterday but was p1ssing down. Plan to do it one evening this week when its nice, or Sunday. What's the best thing to use fella?

I've got a few pics to share but can't find an iPod lead at my old mans house lol

Basically just removed front grill to spray black. Just needs a lacquer tomorrow and then indicators put back in and source a new Ford badge as mine ones a bit faded. Quite fancy a black and green one from dmbgraphics :)

While I was waiting for paint to dry I decided to remove my number plate and clean all the sticky pads off from my europlates. You could see the edge ones once standard plates were on and it was annoying me. Then I decided to relocate the plate to the lower grill as been thinking about getting private plates and getting a small one here. Actually looks pretty good and the recess left doesnt look too bad. If I keep the plate low I need to do something with the recess though. Don't fancy filling and spraying so may drill holes like I had in my R5. 4 big ones. This way if you put the plate back it'll cover holes so won't technically ruin the bumper. Any suggestions/ideas welcome :)

Also got more chrome under the hood and a new induction pipe courtesy of gingerdave. Now thinking the colour coded green needs to go lime green to match (will make more sense when pics go up) lol

I'll get pics up at work Monday
