TC-DNB
i actually like the bonnet wasnt overly sure on it at first but i like it Definately something different. Turned out better than expected and to say it's the guys 1st airbrush session is wicked!
rigpig
Finished bonnet! http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj208/TC-DNB/65bc9abb.jpg And a quick pic of it fitted http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj208/TC-DNB/f418d9d2.jpg Motor is stranded ATM...I thought the clutch cable snapped but on closer inspection it's the little plastic ratchet adjuster thing above the pedal. £14 for the part from Fords. Gonna be a right pain to fit I can tell! As always, comments welome good or bad I won't cry or lose sleep lol Common fault on Escorts, happened to me about a year ago, you are right it is an absolute pig of a job to fix, try and get the car on a ramp at chest height if at all possible and it will be easier but still fiddly, there is a thread about it on here somewhere. TC-DNB
http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj208/TC-DNB/c28705ae.jpg Detail picture. City backdrop and ravers were a last minute decision. Finished it off nicely IMO. Just done with stencil cardboard cut out.

Craig855S
I love the bonnet, not something I'd do to my own car but I admire the workmanship and think it looks good
TC-DNB
Nice one guys...getting a lot more positive remarks than expected Had a few people stop and admire it whilst out and about On another note i fixed the clutch quadrant last night. Took just over 2 hours and was a bit of b@stard to fit but its done now Gears are now much easier to select, reverse doesn't crunch and the clutch feels great. The how to guide on here was a BIG help! Well done that man!
caled
As a work of art? Top notch. On your car? Not so much, but each to their own. Doesn't ruin the car though.
