couple of sellers on eGay still do low reflexion ex-UK military paint, I bought a 5Ltr can when I played with the idea, its usually fully synthetic paint so needs to be thinned for spraying with a decent thinner but worked ok after some experimentation with mixes on my old ST rear bumper.

Though a little more tricky to get a nice even finish (because you cant do much in the way of after spraying correction work) it isnt as difficult as most would like to think..... you sorta have to look at it a a "get it right in one go or start from scratch".....saving grace is that you can do it one panel at a time and almost guarantee a solid colour match every single time.
