ChrisW
Sold the ST to raise some funds for a house deposit so needed a cheaper car. Just bought a Cooper S, not everyones cup of tea I'd expect but I think its great and has quite a bit of spec! http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt27/Chrismawa/91d5c94f.jpg http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt27/Chrismawa/e4fc71bf.jpg http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt27/Chrismawa/50fbc8d6.jpg http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt27/Chrismawa/7b3ced0a.jpg http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt27/Chrismawa/ed8fed08.jpg http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt27/Chrismawa/f4e08ed5.jpg
Stu
I like Mini's, and that colour appeals to me. It's just a shame practically every single one I see is being driven poorly, either up your arse thinking they're royalty, or flying around urban areas like they're on a rally course (e.g. the car's handling flatters even the waggiest wag). Ahmotorsport
A nice Big you have there! I quite like them, but they're now a Mini. Tis a BMW Big!
sidrick
I like it. I'd let the missus drive one for sure.

Circle8
Nice looking & great handling car, but they seem to be driven by women & gays, so I wouldn't even consider one. Besides I don't see the point of them. They're big outside with bugger all storage capacity inside. Fiat have done a much better job reincarnating the 500. c.jones
Nice car, thes never look "dated" to me considering early ones are now 10 year old!! Saw a "gp" round a track and that handled pretty damn good!! Was it cheap to buy, or was it pretty much a straight swap for the st?
ChrisW
Cheers for the comments LOL @ Juicy! Its not too bad on fuel, but I'm used to the ST which was dreadful. Cost me just over £4.5k. For the spec and condition of the car I think it was a great price Few things to do on it in future like wheel refurb (maybe anthracite), painted brakes, LEDs etc.
DaweV6
Cost me just over £4.5k. For the spec and condition of the car I think it was a great price OK, now for real - what's wrong with it ? We just had £5.5k in part ex for higher spec, but not as minty looking (from small pics). What reg is it ? I guess they're just not selling very well privately these days... At least the ones around me never seam to reach reserve on ebay... 2Stu: true That !

What is selling well these days, its a buyers market.

What is selling well these days, its a buyers market. Because ours had only one option missing - white wheels. And that's only because that dealer didn't offer it. And I can see that you don't have Sat Nav. Or stripes. Or double sunroof. Edit: Or front mudflaps. Edited July 23, 2012 by DaweV6
ChrisW
Yeah sat nav and panoramic roof are the main options that are missing I think, although Im not arsed about either and defo wouldn't want stripes on it!!!
