bronze4door
not too sure on fitting the calipers but you might struggle to find wheels to go over them if you did fit them a mate put a set on an xr4x4 and he had to buy cossie latice wheels as he tried various for 15 inch wheels and nothing would fit Edited October 29, 2013 by bronze4door

bongo
I looked at fiting these a.while.back they needed alot of spacing also the calipers are not threaded so you need a nut and bolt to hold the caliper to the.hub,im sure i got a guide saved somewhere for fitting to a escort, google it scott you should find it. blueovalrallyesport
No point running 2wd Cossie front calipers for all the hassle 283mm Might as well run focus st170 discs with mk3 mondeo calipers 300mm Less hassle and probably cheaper

blueovalrallyesport
But your drooping 17mm and creating yourself a headache
Ahmotorsport
It's not worth it. Remember that Cossie brakes weren't really good enough for a Cossie. So the only real reason for a brake upgrade on an Escort is if you're running more or big power. So yours would suffer from the same problem. scottybo
might throw them on the mk2 then!
Craig855S
300mm. Less hassle and probably better performance than the smaller discs with more pistons
