Lee R
That Zetec in the Fiesta cost over 5k to build though if I remember correctly. That Fezzy sets the bloke back over 15k

Lee R
just read it properly, that's a bit pricey!!!! All the important stuff, isn't there!!!!!
Colin
complete less engine, gearbox, propshaft & interior I know, but I was woundering is that a hugly expensive price for something like that, i just don't know! I mean, if I set out with lets say, £1500 quid to buy a car, and bought something like this, IF the chassis etc was in reasonable condition, could i purchase the other parts for under a grand etc? Help, i dunno. This is why i want to do lots of research etc, and find out as much as possible, as its a serious task to begin for someone like me! Lee R
If you want my honest advice mate, save up and buy a good one, that's well modded, and then just improve on it. If you do it yourself, it takes years and costs ££££££££'s, I know, i've done it The red one was a black wreck when I got it, I had it sprayed, re-built the engine etc etc etc!!! The yellow one I bought as it was, much easier!!!!
Colin
Ah, so what sorta condition of a car do u think i could get for £1500 quid then? Im nore concerned with mechanical and chassic condition, but at the same time i don't wanna be ripping of panels and welding em back on etc....... (sorry to ask you, but no-one on the RSOC seems interested in me!)
