Your 9 is upside down though! £900 still a bargin, its 1600 XR2 carb engine, IIRC stage 2 head (or at least stage 1) spax shocks gmax springs, 2wd cossie discs 4x4 calipers (though the pads are not worth a light now!) stupid side exit (owner two back decided to change it when it had perfectly good XR3i system before - a chap who attends the Colchester RS meet helped the original chap build it) RS1600i front seats, RS steering wheel - is a little slow on the straights, but is solid around the bends, people passed me then held me up slowing for the bends. toyos proxes tyres all round (the backs are a little worn as were previously on the front!) I really would like to keep it, but we both have a daily runner so the cossie not been out at all this year, its a case of one has to go, really not practical to use the Escort as an everyday car as well as for track Z Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
