Ferret-Si Posted November 15, 2007 Author Share Posted November 15, 2007 An update! been to court, twice now infact lol charges and punishment aggrevated theft of a motor vehicle x1 yrs disqualified (less than 5k of damage)drink driving at twice the limit x4 yrs disqualifieddrving without a licence community servicedrivng without insurance community service bear in mind he represented himself, and pleaded guilty to all charges. court fees of £375 applylocal council to add repiars charges to central resevation at scen of accident to be aplpied at sentencing was told by probation services pending there report toady his community service will be anything from 6 months to 24 months and 12 points applied to his licence. so basically in 5 yrs he's free to drive again! god damn he's slipped past the system and got away with it, in away i'm pleased with the result but in another way i'm fcuking fuming another arsehole has got away with what normal drivers don't. but hey thats the court system for you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
