this is what happens when you take 1 drunk lad, no licence, uninsured at the time (twoc'd from his girlfriend) and a crash barrier at 70ish estimated, blelive it was faster

oh and he walked away without a scratch

Pity, as since this is his thrid time, that will probably be the only way he will learn. I take it he is single as well now?

Oh, and the next time you see him, give him a punch from the forum lol

according to the police report, the car hit the barriers at excess speed, he lost it and then the car went out of control, according to the witness, resulting in the barrier acting like a potato masher, he was the spud!

if it was any other car he'd be carried out in a body bag!

ok i can wish this upon him, but i feel sorry for him being family, but then at the same time i want to deck the fcuker and pound the living shite outta him!

he's not even seen the wreckage as he seem to think its not that bad. we are currently trying to get him to hinkcly to see it but he's having non of it!

oh and he's admitted to twoc, and that he was drunk x2 over the limit, which means the car will be cleared of finance

he's still with his missus, it seems to be he has mental problems, he's in denile about everything about the acident, has no remorse over what happened, never even said sorry!

now he's up in front of the old bailey weds morning for dd/ni/driving without a licence for the 3rd time, something else aswell.

what you think he'll get?

If it was a first offence he would be looking at a 12 month rehabilitation order and a hefty fine.

If it was a 2nd offence he be looking at community service and a hefty fine.

But this being his THIRD offence, he will get a few months inside, up to a year, but they will probably let him out on tag after a few months if he behaves.

Is it at Paynes accident centre in Hinckley?
