MarkyMark Posted August 9, 2008 Share Posted August 9, 2008 My report, a little late but ive just got off holiday. I did log on while i was a way but the signal was Shite. I thought it was a good day, had an interesting drive down thanks to Mike and his navigational skills on picking up Kylie It was good to chat to a few people especially Mike, Ian, Dubs, Drax and a few others Thought the stand looked great, well set out, with a good selection of motors which made the club look very strong, surely EVO history was made because that must be the largest turnout ever at a show. Highlights of the day for me were my car going down well other members, the track action me and Mike watched in the morning. The Strig was out doing the club proud and his car was looking great out on the track. Went looking for Tez's car in the afternoon, thought id have look round while i was at it, three hours later i finally found it, it was looking excellent, top job Terry and congrats on the win There was some stiff competion in that category as well. Took quite a few pics of the club cars and the best of the rest. Tez162003 Posted August 9, 2008 Share Posted August 9, 2008 good to meet you mark, your car is a huge credit to you! you should feel proud, and i dont see why your not happy with that paint, seems like a cracking job! seen worse jobs at full whack cost 4x what you paid! it will get better over time the more its polished! 3 hours to find my car! lol thats dedication! lol. i was as far as humanly possible away from your stand which was a bit sad! long old walk! and thanks, good to win outright at a show for once! my first ever! and means more being a ford show! thought id have no hope in hell!
