dutchkev
best tyres for the escort on 16, is either 195/45/16 (highly recomended) or 205/45/16 (also a good bet) if you have a higher tyre wall than 50 on either 195 or 205 then the car will scrub on full lock - i found no difference in ride quality going from 195/50/15 to 195/45/16, that alldepends on susspension set up and tyres

LiamGTR
I have 205/45/16's on the front and have to admit you know about it when you hit a bump and makes me cringe, but on a average uneven road like is common here, it's not that bad
Stu
I'd recommend 205/45/15's.

stevmo3691
I've got a set of mondeo 16's now which have 205/50/16's on them and i need to change at least. was considering having front ones as 195/45/16 and keeping rears as 205/50's good idea?
