dan1.8si
Im in the process off removing the boot lock from the car but cant think what colour to do with the boot plinth bit ( plastic bit over the number plate). That why i have done this poll. The car is state blueIm liking the black textured paint idea to go along the OEM lines. Any off your ideas would be welcome Thanks Dan http://i109.photobucket.com/albums/n48/coolmk3/100_1539.jpg Edited February 17, 2010 by dan1.8si

Haych
smooth colour coded, cant beat it. State blue is a stunning colour too - black would ruin it
Danzetec
Would look fine as any of the above tbh but I'd like to see the OEM textured black finish, although it may be hard to replicate?

dan1.8si
Would look fine as any of the above tbh but I'd like to see the OEM textured black finish, although it may be hard to replicate? seen it done on a fue vw by using bbq vht paint and spraying it as a mist from about 12" away in lost off light layers
Danzetec
Guess it wouldn't need to be vht paint for this part but can see how that'd work - do it!
