Apnea
They look abit older than kids, so it could be some officers wearing civvy's thinking it'll be funny to put it on the net and pretend to be kids. I doubt it'd be at a garage because all forces have their own mechanics and workshops for their cars.

Apnea
Police around here send in their Evos to a local Mitsi dealership. Your Police force is rubbish then.... I can see myself doing this alot of times now. Duffa, it could just be an car for filming I suppose would be a good idea. Police car's all obviously have trackers on them, so I couldnt see them getting very far at all.
caled
Must be fake. Stealing a police car, with a tracker, and then posting a video of you on the internet 'joyriding' it? Surely nobody is *that* stupid...?
shawdreamer
why fake? a "acquintance" of mine over in Halewood half inched a rozzer mobile when they pulled up to a domestic and jumped out the car without taking the keys or even bothering to turn off the ignition. those "trackers" aernt really worth a shite, most the time the signal they send out is so hard to pinpoint there useless and as for the GPS trackers they use, they can be scrambled with silly cheap gadgets you can buy off the net nowadays. scottg17
Id say fake!along with the other points mentioned like no fancy stuff inside the car there is also no force logos anywhere on it so it would at the very most it would be a demonstrator, if it were a demonstrator it woudnt have the ID numbers on the roof either...
