Jordan99940
bump strips piece of pee. get a hair dryer behind it and fire away keeping the heat behind the strips all the time (it does get hot at points thou). you may get left with a load of crud left on the car which is easiest to get off with Auto Glym bug and tar remover

Are the bump strips just glued on then there will be no holes when removed?

Strikey
Yea there is no holes behind the bump strips, just some shitty glue stuff Brilliant should be able to find a way to get rid of that hopefully should clean up well. Got my dashboard back on and the handbrake handle came through this morning along with the new gaiters as the other ones are actually too small but i hid that in the pictures more images coming soon. shawdreamer
sounds good so far. wouldnt use heat gun myself as may burn your paint, and unless you plan to re-spray the doors, just nick your mums hair dryer seriously??? unless he sits there with the heat gun pressed against the paintwork for several minutes its not about to peel it or burn it. use a heatgun, a hairdryer just see's you sat there 5x longer than you need to and will near garantee you'll be sat there again afterwards picking away at the foam 3M tape where a heat gun will heat the foam aswell as the strips so it near all peals away easily with the strip itself. Thank you Got some new spark plugs on there way should be with me by next week hopefully along with the front grill. At the moment the front bumper is held on by 4 screws and 2 tiewraps hopefully that should be enough to get it through the MOT. The car will be going in for it's MOT as soon as i go in for my practical. When the car was smashed into quite a lot of body work was damaged. I have been trying to dig up pictures of the damage from my friend as he took the pictures, when i find they shall be posted here. ??? Quick Question To Escorters ???Does anybody know what the actual colour of my car is or it's colour code to buy from halfords?
