Can you pm me a price you're sort of looking for.

Will do

You can't sell that mate, you've done sooo much, it's a complete one of a kind, and you done all the work yourself, imagine if some little chavvy T*at bought it and ruined it/crashed it or something, you'd be gutted!

SORN time me thinks! :thumb:

Hopefully that wouldnt happen but its the chance you take.

Imagine if someone bought it and featured it and claimed it as their own! :O

Fair play to them, id always know the truth

If you do have to sell it, make sure its to someone on here. Your car is ace, and it would be a real shame if it leaves evo.

Id love it to stay here, if only to watch it progress to the next level

Mark, PM me how much money plus my car you would like, you know, just so I know :P

Id only be looking for something cheap once im sorted, work hard, save the pennies and start all over again. Got so many ideas, not so much money at the moment. Right now i need the money more than a nice car :thumb:

gutted ur probably having to sell ur beasty escort mark :(

i really hope you dont have to sell it, or it at least goes to a good club member who'll look after it for you.

I hope i dont, cant see any other way of raising cash at the moment. I am working on it but selling the car seems to be the only option available to me

Well, one of the reasons why i wanted sell the car has hit home. I do alot of miles for my job and it seems im going to be doing even more over the coming months, dont where i'll be going from day to day (stone chips/road conditions etc) Went out last night and hit a massive pothole, saw it at the last second and couldnt avoid it. Bang and i heard an awful cracking sound. Got out and couldnt see any damage but new something had happened. Got home, got a torch and had a look. Ive managed to crack the arch lining underneath and its also come away from the body slightly ;(

Its an easy repair but dont know whether i can be arsed, its not practical for what i need a car for right now and im not prepared to sell it for anything less than i think the car is worth so its going to be staying with me. What happens now, i dont know, most probs going to keep using it for the time being, make it earn me some money (going back on the tools part time - Joinery) see how it holds up. Once ive got some money together i'll decide then. My ideal scenario would be to earn some money, get another car and take this off the road again, then decide what to do with it. Either repair it, do a completely different style or break it and get something completely different :thumb:

I know what you mean Mark.

On one hand the car is too nice for commuting/work. But on the other hand, it's a problem paying for a second car. I was looking at changing the escort for a Focus TDCI (which I might still do) for commuting etc. but don't really want to get rid of my escort.

Decisions, decisions.

ps

shame about that pot-hole. You'd think with all the money the council get from motoring taxes, they would keep the roads well maintained.

Hmm ... I'm getting another car. Wonder if I'd get away with sticking the husband in the boot for journeys, then I could make an offer!! Tempting!!

Go on you know you want too :thumb:

Told you so :P

Seriously mind, keep the car, take it to a few more shows, if you still feel like selling after the comments and looks it will get, it will be better known so should sell a little easier.
