ur fault, end of.no excuse for it.

Ur missus looks like she's sucking a lemon in that picutre.Hope you're both ok. Another airbag doesnt bite the dust!

lol your a Cnut. aye she's fine just a bit shaken up, its normally her that crashes!

Did you get the witness's details mate??

glad your ok!!!! your girlfriend looks a bit shocked in the pic, was she ok?

got all the details at the side of the road mate. they came over to me right away and said that skidded to a stop without warning or indication.

Looks like you'll be fucked for this.

Hopefully nobody will say that they've watched you swap out an engine on a car that's just been in an accident.

ayep it does mate, but i spose thats what we pay insurance for.

and aye, the swap back out will be under the cover of darkness in a lockup :ninja:

Any pic's of the lesbians?!! :innocent: We're they worth banging in the rear for?

And no matter happened in front of you, it'll be you're fault with insurances.

they were fat dykey lezzers, not even worth putting in the spank bank. although if anyone would like their fone numbers then it will be part of an ebay ad later in the week.

the 2 witnesses were sure on what they saw but couldnt hang around to speak to the police, but i have both their names, addresses and phone numbers. heres hoping thats something in my favour!

right then, not there when police arrived, ring them up and ask if its ok to come take there side of the story from them, write it all down or even record it!! anything like that will help you out :thumb:

But, (& you should know this) regardless of the actions of the car your following, if you not at a safe distance to stop (obviously the case here as he didnt) blame is to reid regardless.

If id been the person in front my solicitor would wipe the floor?

thats it exactly mate.

it was rush hour on the main road linking the bottom of town and the motorway, cars are always head to tail, just happened i was the unlucky Cnut that got stuck behind a silly dyke that thought it would be fun to emergency stop to turn a corner.

no i see what you mean pete, but there is something we all had training for not long ago about it being a split liability in such ways.. for example....

a car stops to let another car come out of a side road, as coming out a biker overtakes the stopped car and collides with the one coming out the side road......

Now by law... the car pulling out would be at fault as he pulled out of a side street... but in this case, its more the bikers fault as he overtook stationary traffic and was not paying attention so its something like.. biker 60% fault and car 40% fault.. see what i mean???

so yes reid is at fault.. but only by law... so the witnesses can help with the liability to be split more as the pugs fault because she slammed on the breaks because she missed a turning..... where as i said... she will be more on the percentage at fault than what reid would.. but yes.. by what you mean.. the law way, he hit her in the arse.. its his fault....

hope it doesnt confuse :P

The comparisons between your example & reids are far far apart

how exactly? :glare:

Because reid was following behind, there wasnt anyone breaking road rules by overtaking illegaly as in your example nor was anyone pulling out, the girls were inconsistant in ther actions but broke no laws. Reid on the other hand was breaking rules by driving too close & not responding in time.

i see your point now.. but do you see mine by saying he is not fully at fault as she slammed the breaks on to turn?? probably without checking her rear mirror too :)

In the eyes of law/insurance fully at fault im afraid.
