Compare. looks like we had the exact same impact mate. i never thought it wouldcrumple so bad at 30mph. and i was raging when the bit of french shite stood up to it! tbh i was about 2/3 cars length behind her, there were cars parked at the offside but the kerbs really high so you can pretty much see the pavement and everything on it. the last thing you expect is for someone to slam on the anchors in rush hour traffic to make a turn they missed. i think almost everyone would have went into it. although how many guys can say they were that far up the arse of a pair of lezzers arses, with that much force - without a drop of clood in sight
PeeWee
Aye! i recognised the impact damage as soon as i saw your pics lol, i wasnt going quick either & in traffic.Like i said though unfortunatly fault is down to the person at the rear.

shawdreamer
had a bump not long back with the astra........ I was ready to admit openly to it being my fault was at a roundabout with a mini already sat waiting..... as I approached she began to move off so I turned to check what was coming...... turned back and she'd changed her soddin mind last min <THUD CRASH> even from my point of view it was careless driving on my part and like I said I was all for copping out with the insurance........ then I spotted something a bit odd.... despite her rear lenses being broken and now missing........ a slightly offset bulb was on and when I nipped around my car to genuinely check she was ok I noted that her car was in reverse, she'd stalled after impact so she hadnt reached for the gear stick. I made out I was being attentive to her safety by tellin her not to try and start the car incase there was a fire danger from her petrol tank in the rear and she shud get out, which she did, anyway by the time the rozzers turned up she had regained her composure and despite it being a most minor of shunts she started wailing about loosing feeling in her legs and arms and her neck was hurting (Im talkin fine until she saw the busy car come round the bend ere) I amusingly let it go playing the "Oh dear are you ok" part..... while one rozzer took her statement another spoke to me at which point I mentioned her odd gear selection........ he checked.....then informed the woman........ who suddenly recovered miraculously on the spot, I actually got to witness a miracle healing ! twas great! anyway.... she had to admit partial liability and it ended up being mutual settlement which was the end of it for me. but about two monthes on, I was called as a witness in a hearing for the same woman on the same accident....the rozzer who'd took her statement got her done for "driving without due care and attention and not following the rules of the british highway code" I was soddin cryin it was that funny
sidrick
Looks like you'll be fucked for this. Hopefully nobody will say that they've watched you swap out an engine on a car that's just been in an accident.
marsbar1973
Any pic's of the lesbians?!! We're they worth banging in the rear for? And no matter happened in front of you, it'll be you're fault with insurances.

And no matter happened in front of you, it'll be you're fault with insurances. if there were witnesses, it is not a possibilty to make the liabailty more easy to confirm, like it will be 30% his fualt.. but 70% her fault... but it all depends on what the witnesses give.... Lee_2f2f
3 days is still too soon... sorry.... not a chance, i work for insurance.. and it takes 24 hours for the claim to even be referred to the claims handler... they HAVE to do a valuation incase your getting more out of them.... and they will try get you into one of there garages that will not just "pay out" straight away...& get a new keyboard, your caps lock seems to be... well... Locked!! back on topic... Reid, if the witnesses give both insurance companies good statements then it should be down as a split liability as she was more at fault and witnessed by 2 people.
