revoltos Posted November 18, 2007 Share Posted November 18, 2007 Well taking is steady home (doing 45 in a 60) because of the weather, Just came back from Derby to buy a new sterio aswell. Came over the crest of a hill and there is some mental asian guy on the wrong side of the road in he's focus so I assume he's pulling into the verge on my side so I pull over to the other side to go round and then he comes back over so I go back onto my side and can you believe it he does to. One last swerve to avoid him and bang. Its all over. The airbag did go off which was nice. Sorry about the pics its on the phone with very shaky hands. Cant ask anymore from a car than that can you. Im really sad by it being a write off. In 7 years of driving ive never hurt any of my cars and this one was just getting really nice then some plonker who falls asleep at the wheel goes and writes it off for me. revoltos Posted November 18, 2007 Author Share Posted November 18, 2007 No he hasnt Stu, He's story kept changing, one minute I was going to fast but I dont know how he new that as its a blind summet and weve hit just down abit from it. I also dont know how he judged my speed but from the damage you can see its not excessive. The next thing was I was on the wrong side not him. I just got wound up with him so went and sat in the car. The way it happened I really think he fell asleep at the wheel for an instant as there is no logical reason for him to of been on my side of the road there as there is nothing to pull up for.
