got myself a bit of a scrap bargain today for rebuild

the same car these were off also looks like its got mondeo V6 front brakes so will be going back for them tomorrow :thumb:

 

my collection of parts is building up nicely as i have a disk brake rear beam that came off bloo and koni adjustable shocks and springs off massivewangers

i would but i will be happy just to get it back on the road the engine can wait till its warmer and i would like to freshen it up first and i will do that as the funds allow

 

so for the moment i am going to get it back road worthy and get my suspension and brakes on with the rear axel and then enjoy using it with the new parts :thumb:

managed to get myself a black bonnet and bumper thanks to one of the members of the manchester classic ford club so today was spent putting it on and doing little bits to the estate and mk1

 

so we have gone from this

i think i got lucky with the scrapyard finds and its handy that the guy running the place doenst know how much some of the parts are worth

my dad thinks it needs a new hindge for hte bonnet on the passengers side as he rekons the impact has twisted it so teh bonnet wont line up properly

 

and i will start to build it back up when i get some free time this week
