You can fit mk5 door cards to a mk6 door, just need to get the inside door lever and handle and drill a couple of 3mm holes for screws to screw the card on, the door cards don't have the pattern on though so you might aswel just get some black spray on fabric die, much easier... Not been following this but just reading the last few pages it looks like its come along way, love the orange detail in the front grill.
