Curtis0784 Posted November 19, 2009 Author Share Posted November 19, 2009 (edited) we,ll to pull off that look in any way shape or form it needs lowering alot, at least 60mm needs bigge wheels. something like an evotec front bumper, a mondeo st rear and some big chunky skirts. i do think the red needs to be black as it doesnt go one bit, it sticks out. neons are a no no.kool will have to look at them bumpers.y neons a no no? snd before you say you cant lower it because its not practical: if your gonna go for a very in your face look you have to make an effort otherwise keep it fairly OEM i was thinking 30mm-40mm with 17"s Edited November 19, 2009 by Curtis0784 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your getting slated for doing this and still standing proud and modding how you want it to be. do something different and no one will like it, its just how it is now a days. but its not something different is it? as i said go back to the max power mags of old, or watch to fast to furiouse...you will see it all over the place. its not only that but the quality is poor too. the red isnt bright and as karl said its a very matt finish for gloss paint and the vent is poorly fitted on the bonnet too. theres different in a good way and then there is making a complete pigs ear of it. GTI reps get on my nerves too as there are so many about and not much else but there is a line between different and tacky. i cant see many adults or people of driving age liking it to be honest. not people of an adult mindset at least. Posted November 22, 2009 Share Posted November 22, 2009 well done for the effort , BUT what the Fcuk have you created!? its all wrong, you would have been better leaving it all black insteada turnin it into a failed atempt at fast and furious minicab, shoulda left it plain black , flat and polished the paint up so it shines, loose the bonnet boot and moody lights , oh and the vinals coz i dont see how a dragon fits in with all that, makes me feel sad,.
