HIGHTOWER
If you're worried about it getting hot, use PC fans in pairs (as many as you want) and have one at one end sucking air into the amp housing, and have the other one at the other end blowing the air out... It'll create a nice breeze over the amp!
protouring mk6
heres some pics from today.started to make the wheel tubs.http://i277.photobucket.com/albums/kk77/fastty01/IMGP7282.jpgmade a template for the inner tub.then cut it out of 1mm steel sheet.http://i277.photobucket.com/albums/kk77/fastty01/IMGP7279.jpgthe new wheel arches will have four inches of clearance over the tyres at ride height.http://i277.photobucket.com/albums/kk77/fastty01/IMGP7278.jpghere you can see how much bigger the new tubs will be.you can get an idea of how it will end up with the boot floor in.will try and get the tubs made tomorrow. Escort_Kid
Thats some massive wheel arches! Is this going to have rear seats in once its all done or just two front seats? Because im just thinking are the back seats going to bolt in exactly how they would with such big rear wheel arches?

protouring mk6
probably going to use the double section of the back seat only and fit it in the middle between the tubs.will have to do a bit of cutting to make it work but i have an idea of what will work.got to keep it moving along as end of march is deadline. What you going to be doing with the front arches and wheel tubs? You going to be fabricating on them too?
