Mine so far has consisted of (Besides way to much working) Two deaths in my family with my partners nan and a real close mates nan , hes as good as family to me neway. My nan is in hospital as is another mates dad . I have one V reg escort which has a destroyed bottom end of engine , An escort van with a destroyed gear box and major starting issues (Probably head gasket) , Another escort which in all honesty needs a complete do-over bodywork and electrically , A mondeo with worn tyres, a serious clutch problem and what i can only desribe as a major rattling noise from the gearbox on that . Now possibly a high top transit which needs welding and god knows what else for mot . On top of this i seem to have absolutely no money left in my account . And the missus seems determined to stop me from actually doing any of the work i need to do. Just wondering if everyons year has started aswel as mine. Cheers. I Stopped smoking, I stopped drinking (feel so much better for it as well) Getting a better job some time over the next few months.Migrating to Lanzarote over the next 2 years, just need to plan it all out. Became EVOlved Mag editor, really enjoying doing the write ups. Been with such a fantastic guy for 6 months already, everything is going well & I could not be happier. (tomorrow it will be 6 months anyway) I possibly have sold the Van!!! WooHoo £100 less to spend on nothing!!! xvillax Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 my'n was going great up till last night around 6ish guy pulls out from a side road on me then has the balls to say i was speeding(if you see a car speeding why pull out i said) so all the hard work and ££££'s i have poured into the car is wrecked..... so now insurance need to fight over blame unless they see he is to blame but even then thye will write it off and will not get close to what i have spent on it sometimes i wonder why....
