Ahmotorsport
Looks proppa good pal, need videos of when this thing is started up!Sorry, just noticed this comment. Aye, i will do. Sadly at the time of the first start up, it will be in the owners hands as he wants to map it himself. But i'm on the case! Not much to add really, stripped an engine down, the block has gone off to Julian Godfrey to be bored or linered, not sure how much you can bore the block. Balanced his Rods and Pistons. http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000365.jpg The head went off to the machine shop along with the exhaust manifold as this really nice looking, quite expensive stainless manifold needed finishing..... And the we wanted the exhaust dowelled to the head. Got them back today, exhaust ports need a bit of fettling to suit the exhaust system. http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000428.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000433.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000434.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000435.jpg That's all for now. Ahmotorsport
loving the port work, should be a real screamerThanks mate, appreciate that. Aye, it will make one hell of a racket. Just to add. The block is having liners put in and we're using the same valve springs as the ST170 racer uses.
Ahmotorsport
Not much of an update, the block is still at Julian Godfrey's awaiting the liners being shipped in from Germany. Started the baffle though. http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000570.jpg

Ahmotorsport
I started putting the rest of the pistons in today, got an issue with two rods though, so only two are in, rebuilt the oil pump and fitted the water pump blanking plate. That's as far as i can go with it today. http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000654.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000655.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000656.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000657.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000659.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000660.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000661.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae68/Ahmotorsport/WP_000662.jpg
