SLEEMAN
You have to remove all the glue residue off first and maybe a quick degrease on both surfaces then the sticker should work
Craig855S
double sided foam things work fine so long as you remove all residue well

Craig855S
double sided foam things work fine so long as you remove all residue well until u want to adjust the mirror. then the whole things comes off clean and lubricate the ball fitting, i remember one of my escorts ball was stiff as hell and i also ripped that one off again and again but the others were fine, and all other cars have owned have been easy to move, cheap and nasty ford mirrors.. in fact, i think i fitted a different mirror to my mk6 due to the standard escort one being so awful

dalelc16
The best tio I think is to use the foam mirror pads, make sure the mirror part is clean with no grease or glue etc, give it a little.make sure you clean dust off.stick pad to mirror, give it a good rub down. Then the black part on the glass give that a good clean. No glue ect make sure its flat.Stick to your window.

tomsy
Give everything your sticking a good wipe with white spirit the cleaner the surfaces the better the results wait for the white spirit to dry off first though.
