Pete
This car is immense, been following its progress over on EvoTechnik He's literally just finished it and its straight up for sale. Good reserve price aswell considering it will be a brand new CSL

foxdie
i cant help but think the finely balanced handling will now be fucked becuase of that heavy lump. although, i dont doubt it'll be fast in a straight line.
Chappers
Yeah, i think i'd much prefer a supercharger because you still keep that AWESOME 6 cyl sound and don't add much weight so at least you'll still be able to go round corners as fast as you used to, even if you have to brake a lot earlier because you're hitting those corners at double the speed. Can't really see the point tbh, i don't really like the BMW V8s

I'd put money on it being aluminium block / head, so weight not really a factor.
sortedford
ralphs correct its a alloy block, apparent mounted further back and lower down, so in theory its got a better weight distribution
